I have had GREAT RESULTS with the Pennyloop AND the reflector mentioned in the Instructables. The transmitters I wanted to receive were nearly 60 miles away. I am very happy with the results I am getting with the Pennyloop and reflector.
I now receive over 21 channels. The signal strengths for my channels are from 50% to 100% most days. This is an easy and inexpensive antenna to build. I encourage you to give it a try.
