i designed this plan prototype this instructable and share it for everyone in the my dwg cutplan you should us 8 mm mdf sheet and cut the parts with 8 mm cutting head with cnc machine.the cut head should fallow the middle of lines in cut plan.with this method we have 4mm thickness on the both sides....By: msh1353
