Contact lens made in 3D video printer

Does anyone prefer the glasses could have contact lenses that display videos and still detect health problems?

More than that, contact lenses that could be manufactured using a 3D printer.

Most current 3D printers work with plastic or metal to create simple objects. But Michael McAlpine and his colleagues at Princeton University, US, have developed a 3D printer that makes a contact lens of five layers, incorporating LEDs to create a screen.

The contact lens is made of multiple polymer layers with incorporated electronics including: light emitting diodes (LEDs) on the nanoscale with the wiring made of silver nanoparticles and organic polymers.
